MOCCALO is a brand of PT Forma Loka Indonesia, based in Bali, Indonesia.

Enquiries & order confirmation

During our initial launch, orders are handled through direct communication with our team.

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a catalogue, or creating an account does not place an order or reserve stock.

Before payment, we will confirm the selected products, quantities, availability, total price, shipping arrangements, and estimated dispatch timing in writing. Please review these details and notify us of any corrections before proceeding.

Prices & payment

Prices displayed on the website are in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and any applicable additional costs will be explained in your quotation.

Please make payment only after receiving our order confirmation and invoice, using the payment details stated on the invoice. Any deposit or balance payment requirements will be agreed before payment.

Any proposed changes to an agreed order or price require your approval.

Product information

Please check the product description and confirmed specifications before ordering. Unless expressly included, accessories and styling props shown in photographs are not part of the product.

Natural wood varies in grain, colour, and texture. These variations do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its agreed description.

If you have specific requirements for dimensions, materials, finishes, or intended use, please discuss them with us before confirming your order.

Delivery, changes & returns

Shipping costs and estimated dispatch and delivery times are confirmed for each order.

Please provide accurate contact details and keep your login credentials private. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Creating an account provides access to the available account features and pricing. Wholesale pricing and other commercial arrangements require separate confirmation.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms as our services develop. Later updates will not automatically change the terms already agreed for an existing order.
